The Climate Solutions Team works to bring as many climate friendly features as possible to Apple's customer facing software and services. A successful candidate is a builder, adores deep work with environmental data, and finds joy in highly cross functional work with myriad levels of stakeholders. This Data Strategist will work closely with software and services teams to ensure that Apple is being deeply thoughtful about our work in designing and shipping only the very best products for people and planet. Key Qualifications
Description We are looking for an energy and climate solutions data strategist to play a leading role in interpreting and improving energy and climate data that will ultimately be used in customer facing programs. This role will interface across groups within Apple, and with partners across government and third parties, to enable the success of Apple's climate commitments. The ideal candidate has significant knowledge of environmental data across a variety of topics with an initial focus on energy, and can formulate strategies to help Apple most effectively source, aggregate, improve, and simplify complex datasets. This person will also inform and work with various cross functional teams to meaningfully drive Apple's 2030 Climate Goals forward. Education & Experience BA/BS degree with 10+ years of professional experience focused on climate work. Advanced degree preferred but not required. Additional Requirements
