Management and Program Analyst (Vacancy#:VAR002725)

The incumbent manages central components of Library-wide planning/performance/risk activities, including but not limited to activities required for short and longer-term plan development; developing and tracking performance measures and targets; quarterly and end-of-year performance reporting; and risk register management and risk monitoring. Develops written guidance and provides training on organizational performance management, including best practices in quantitative and qualitative performance measurement and data collection, analysis, and visualization.
