Cedar Hills has an opportunity for a Evening Mental Health Program Therapist to join our team of great people!

Outpatient:

The Evening Co-Occurring Program Therapist runs an IOP level of care program. Hours are 12:30p - 9:00p Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Responsibilities include facilitating group therapy for 9 hours per week, providing case management services to patients including coordination of care, aftercare planning, and treatment planning.

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field required.

Experience: Prefered: one (1) of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. New Master's graduates encouraged to apply!

Licensure:Must be state certified in social work or clinical related mental health field. LPC-Associate, LPC, LMSW, Temporary CSWA license or LCSW license required or working to obtain licensure.

Additional Requirements: CPR certification, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
