Sr. Analyst I, EDI

Job Description:

The Sr. Analyst I, EDI will be responsible for customer implementation requirements, configuring and training our clients on the NextGen Clearinghouse solution. Support NextGen Clearinghouse clients with inquiries of support for various situations clients may have. Meet with clients and discuss what is expected during their implementation process and set expectations on project for a successful go live. Gather client information, evaluate requirements for project team configuration and setup in the Clearinghouse portal at project assignment. Regularly meet with clients/team members through completion of project ensuring a successful implementation. Monitor and support through testing, post live until client is fully transitioned to Support teams. Train clients on the NextGen Clearinghouse portal functionality reviewing Claims, ERA's, and Denials/Rejections.Review PM application clients use for claim file creation to include analyzing workflows.Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.Perform analysis of data sources by running reports and reviewing workflows/processes to identify areas of opportunity.Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business issues.Provide demos to internal and external clients on an as needed basis with other project team members.Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position. Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
Experience Required:
  • 4+years of experience in Customer Service/Support.
  • 4+ plus years' experience in EDI or Healthcare IT.
  • 3+ years Clearinghouse experience.
  • 1 or more years of ANSI X12 experience.
  • Project Management or Project Implementation experience a plus.
  • Experience with Mavenlink project software a plus.
  • Salesforce/Success Community knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of:Technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques. Proficient with Microsoft including Microsoft Outlook
  • Skill in:Analytical, problem solving, researching, technical acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to:Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures. Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment
