Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Environment Engineer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. The annual salary for this position is between $147,500.00 - 171,600.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

1. Environment engineer should be able to consult with the client and guide on over all Environment strategy.
2. Interviewing key stakeholders and come up with As-IS state and To-Be state.
3. Should be well versed with Environment planning, Release Planning Configuration management, release calendars, refresh cycles.
4. Interview and discussion with key IT and business stakeholders from Applications side, Infrastructure side.
5. Understanding the technology landscape for each applications, infrastructure landscape (Cloud, OnPrem, Hybrid)
6. Understanding current state of Incident Management, DevOPs, Change Management, Release Management for each applications
7. Gap analysis based on ITIL framework and identifying pain points for each application as well as Infrastructure side.
8. Analysis on scalability of the current landscape
9. Analysis on shortcomings and recommend fixes.
10. Provide recommendations and road map to be future ready. Required Qualifications: - Knowledge in AWS Cloud,
