Customer Moves Specialist As a Customer Moves Specialist, you will help each customer to build their 'dream package' to continue protecting their homes by providing high-end customer service and offering Vivint products and services. These revenue-generating initiatives are at the core of helping us provide premium service to our customers and will benefit them in a variety of ways. We are looking for individuals that excel in using creative thinking skills and soft skills to help find tailored solutions during the move process. As a Moves Specialist, you will have the support of your leadership that will coach you regularly to ensure success. All in all, we expect our Moves specialists to help in creating a seamless process that is Hassle-Free for each and every customer. Training: Paid, Mandatory Training, 3 weeks 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday Shift Details: 10:30am-7pm MT Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm MT Saturdays with Tuesdays and Sundays off Starting Rate: $16.25/hr+ Commissions We want you to grow with us! Potential to make up to $17.25/hr within your first year. Unlimited Commissions: Specialists average between $300-$500 in commissions each month with top performers making $1600+ per month. *Potential promotions and estimated compensation are dependent on performance and are not guaranteed* Essential Function/Responsibilities:

WORKING CONDITIONS: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. SAFETY: Vivint enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe working environment. We are not open to hiring candidates to work out of the following locations: CA, CT, DC, ME, NY or WA. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $15.75. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
