The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Financial Readiness (FR) Manager leads their Financial Readiness team while establishing best practices, streamlining departmental workflow, and promoting continuous improvement. The manager supervises and acts as a case manager for wounded Post 9/11 veterans, service members, and their families providing one-on-one assessments of their financial needs. In this capacity the manager assesses needs within services guidelines, provides connections to resources, and guidance for the warriors to make better informed decisions regarding their individual financial situation. For Colorado Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $82,790 - $103,488 base salary,subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive. For San Diego, California and Tacoma, Washington Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $90,675 - $113,344 annual base salary,subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive. For New York, New York Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $98,560 - $123,200 annual base salary,subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials.
