Schedule: Monday - Friday (with occasional weekends) Pay: $20/hr. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the efficient flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between the warehouse and shop floor, adhering to production and shipping schedules. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving shipments from vendors, managing returns from customers, coordinating with production planning, handling loading and unloading tasks, preparing shipping documentation, confirming job orders, coordinating transportation, conducting inventory counts and analysis, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment while communicating effectively with team members. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and three to five years of relevant experience. They should also possess one year of Syteline and purchasing software experience, familiarity with Product Data Management databases, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Strong communication, equipment operation, accountability, teamwork, and adaptability skills are essential. The role involves outdoor work with occasional dust exposure and stable but near-moving equipment. Physical demands include occasional lifting of 20-50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-25 pounds, with continuous PPE use.
