Position Overview

Stanley is experiencing record growth and our digital assets are expanding just as fast! We have invested in the digital asset management tools, but we need your expertise. As a Digital Asset Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, storing, cataloging, and distributing digital assets within our organization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that digital assets are easily accessible, accurately tagged, and managed efficiently throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital asset management best practices, excellent organizational skills, and have the skills to collaborate optimally with cross-functional team members.

This is a hybrid role based in our Seattle, WA offices.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage metadata tagging of all creative assets uploaded.
  • Conduct regular audits of the digital asset library to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement digital asset management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient organization and retrieval of digital assets.
  • Partner with Bynder client services team to help maximize our investment on the software.
  • Work directly with DTC, Product, Sales Ops, and Brand team to resolve data management needs.
  • Lead implementation of modules within the DAM, such as workflows, brand guidelines, etc.
  • Proactively advise retailers of upcoming usage expirations.
  • Create collections specifically for retailer use/needs.
  • Contribute to discussions of metadata standards and data harmonization across projects.
  • Anticipate and plan for product and brand team's needs for new data management infrastructure.
  • Participate in internal cross-functional data infrastructure projects.



Education and Experience:



  • 3+ years of experience managing an enterprise content management or DAM systems for a large client or company.
  • 3+ years in project management, technology-related implementations, and/or strategic planning roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Digital Media or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with DAM systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Widen, etc.).
  • Familiarity with graphic design, photography, video production, and other creative processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of copyright laws and usage rights for digital assets.
  • Bynder experience a plus!



Salary Range:
$68,000-$78,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
