Position Summary: Under general supervision, the Patient Resource Coordinator provides remote generalist social work duties to include knowledge of and referrals to agencies and organizations offering emotional, physical, social, and financial services to patients and families. Works collaboratively with the Innovent team, as well as the Texas Oncology team. Key Responsibilities:
