Under the direction of the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary, provide legal counsel to the Company and its subsidiaries on a variety of legal matters; prepare and render legal opinions; performs legal research and prepare memoranda on legal issues; negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts and other legal documents; coordinate with outside counsel on Company legal matters, including litigation; assist with government filings and regulatory matters; keep abreast of legislation and perform other duties as assigned. Travel is occasionally required on commercial or Company aircraft. Required qualifications:
