This position is an integral part of our human resources team supporting the mission of our award-winning college. If you are experienced in compensation policies and practices, analytical by nature, and comfortable working with and interpreting data, we encourage you to apply. This position provides professional level human resources expertise and support in the areas of compensation policies and practices, job evaluation, labor costing, fringe benefits and cost/benefit analysis of new and existing College pay programs. Maintains policies and procedural documents for all compensation and job evaluation practices and leads projects and initiatives related to departmental work for annual pay, compensation models, salary surveys, collective bargaining, and market reviews. Core hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Currently, this position has the option to perform work remotely two days a week. This is subject to change per Madison College policy. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, business, or related field. *Experience used as an equivalent of an educational requirement is in addition to any experience required by the position. AND Five to seven years' experience with analytical processes within Human Resources with knowledge of Compensation programs. Human Resources or Compensation certifications preferred.
