Essential Responsibilities
- Online Presence and Social Media:
- Contribute to the organization's online presence by drafting and posting content as requested on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and our website.
- Create/edit imagery for social media, website, and e-campaigns.
- Monitor engagement metrics to provide insights for improvement.
- Mailing List Management (HubSpot):
- Source new and updated contacts
- Update contact properties as needed
- Create contact lists based on segments such as business unit, industry, etc.
- Promotional Items:
- Review inventory of existing promotional items and reorder when needed.
- Keep promotional closet organized and tidy
- Source, quote, and recommend new promotional items when needed.
- Printed Collateral and Literature Management:
- Review inventory of printed materials and work with vendor to place reorders when necessary.
- Ensure platforms such as the extranet and tech-data books are updated with the latest literature files, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Organize and fulfill literature and promotional item requests efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Feedback from Sales and Technical Team:
- Source and organize feedback for marketing needs such as SDS, selector charts, and brochures.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate feedback to the marketing team for necessary updates.
- Tradeshows / Conferences / Sales Meetings:
- Coordinate details for tradeshows, conferences, and sales meetings.
- Ensure logistics and schedules are organized.
- Communicate event details with relevant stakeholders.
- Press Releases and PR Management:
- Gather details from the team for press releases and PR efforts.
- Source information and write initial drafts for press releases.
- Collaborate with the team to finalize and distribute press releases.
- Assist Global Marketing Manager with various projects as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication or equivalent
- Experience in CRM or customer database software such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail, highly motivated
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player - works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
- Work across time zones, multiple departments including sales, technology, accounting, and operations as well as with vendors
