As a Cheesecake HR Systems Intern you will play an integral part in supporting our Organizational Engagement department by assisting with ongoing projects and responsibilities that relate to your future career. You'll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how a HR Systems Services department functions by interacting with the entire team as well as cross functionally with other departments.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Multimedia Solutions and Learning Technologies, you will work with a HR Systems team of 6, located in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting the HR function for a $3.3 billion public company with over 300 restaurants and more than 47,500 staff members.

• Assist in the creation of curriculums for various summer initiatives.
• Gather data for reporting on new and ongoing curriculums.
• Work on large system integrations.
• Troubleshoot completion, training, and reporting issues.

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution.
• Completed a minimum 2 years in post-secondary education.
• Majoring in business, computer science, or learning and development, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Available to work from the Support Center at least 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with Learning Management Systems a bonus
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
