Salary: $62,400 yearly to start. Salary commensurate with education and experience. The Assistant Catering Operations Manager will provide the primary support to ensure ideal work flow under the guidance of the Catering Director and Operations Manager. Supports directly the Operations manager in leading all aspects of event set-ups and directing any temporary personnel. You will ensure proper service during events including proper set-up, cleaning and breakdown procedures. Work schedule is flexible based upon the event schedule and needs of the business, but primary schedule is for managing the afternoon & evening events, and closing the kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
