The Director of Fleet Maintenance Operations and Asset Management leads and maintains the organization's fleet of cars, trucks, and all vehicular/tracked equipment in support of National Grid Gas and Electric Operations. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to support the most cost-effective planning, maintenance, and deployment of fleet assets. The Director of Fleet Maintenance Operations and Asset Management directs the development of a total cost model to minimize the operating cost of the organizations, including the determination of outsourcing, supplier, and vehicle selection, and performance. This position requires outstanding Project Management skills in working cross-functionally with other Directorates at National Grid. Relocation assistance may be available for this role. Salary: Upstate, NY: $157,000 - $185,000 Downstate, NY: $189,000 - $222,000 Internal candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
