General Information: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for counseling students, parents and the general public about all application and eligibility requirements for all sources of financial assistance and administer financial aid according to federal, state, and institutional regulations, policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: * Counsels JMU student/parents and prospective students/parents, advising them of application processes and criteria, federal regulatory issues, status of application, professional judgment, and financial aid eligibility options.
