Risk Manager Current Madison College employees must apply to the internal career site by logging into Workday Job Posting Date: April 3, 2024 Application Deadline: Salary Information: $70,476 - $88,094 Department: Public Safety Services Job Description: Madison College's Public Safety Services is currently seeking a meticulous and organized individual tasked with overseeing and implementing strategies to safeguard the college community. The Risk Manager will oversee a comprehensive risk management program aimed at protecting the well-being of students, faculty, and staff within Madison College from various risks. A significant focus will be on Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) issues at the campus. In this role, the Risk Manager will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing districtwide initiatives to mitigate potential adverse effects on college operations, finances, and community relationships. There are no direct reports, and this position manages risk and does not manage people. Working within the Public Safety team, the Risk Manager reports directly to the Director of Public Safety and are responsible for non-benefit risk management and loss prevention programs across the college. This is a full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year position. General working hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. May be called in for emergencies.
