Responsibilities

  • Paint and patch drywall. Perform other minor repairs under supervision
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operations and work safety
  • Perform general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving materials. Runs errands to support projects
  • Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps
  • Maintain grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal
  • Patrol grounds, common areas and parking facilities. Identify and report maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns
  • Perform housekeeping functions and maintain the professional appearance of the property, equipment, engineering space and common areas
  • Facilitate office access and office moves by providing moving crates, assembling furniture, office keys, nameplates, etc. Maintain key inventory
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed
  • Prepare meetings and conference rooms, arranging tables and chairs as requested. May set up audio/visual equipment, flip charts and TV's within conference rooms and pick up when completed
  • Complete all required and assigned HSE training at a satisfactory level
  • Follow all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE-related requirements at all times
  • Participate in all HSE-related programs and activities as required, including investigations, interviews, auditing and assessment, etc.
  • Report and conditions which you feel could result in an accident or injury and/or stop if required

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • May require a valid Driver License
