We are seeking an experienced Senior Lab Manager to join the team of Dr. Catherine Dulac at Harvard University. The position provides excellent opportunities for performing operational management as well as technical and scientific responsibilities. It is suited for a highly productive and dedicated individual with extensive experience managing a lab, who also wishes to spend a portion of their time at the bench. The Dulac lab focuses on transcriptional, genetic, and optical approaches to explore the molecular and neuronal basis of instinctive social and sickness behaviors in the mouse. Compensation Range $89,650.00 (minimum) - $112,000.00 (midpoint) - $145,640.00 (maximum)Pay Type: AnnualHHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity when making job offers.
