Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) delivers a suite of payments services to financial institutions via FedLine Solutions, Fedwire,National Settlement Service (NSS), FedCash1, FedACH, and Check Services. We are currently leading a strategic effort to transform FRFS to a national, enterprise-focused organization. Over time, FRFS will offer an increasingly integrated set of Federal Reserve payment services, incorporating the FedNowSM Service upon its market entry in 2023. Through our evolved structure, we will meet the needs of the marketplace for new products and services more quickly, we will seek to provide a more robust and unified customer experience across our financial service offerings, and we will create new career growth opportunities for FRFS staff.

We are seeking a driven and experienced SaaS Technical Operations & DevOps Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platforms. You will be responsible for leading our technical operations team and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Activities:

  • Manage and optimize the entire SaaS technical operations lifecycle, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure management, and deployment processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for automation, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
  • Work closely with product owners and engineers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution, while advocating for sound technical decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the SaaS and DevOps landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires at least 6 years of experience in a technical operations or DevOps role within the SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college oruniversity, or equivalentcombination of directly related education and/or work experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce,cloud computing platforms, and infrastructure management.
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce development and administration (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • A passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to stand up for your technical expertise and advocate for sound solutions in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with agile methodologies and development frameworks.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance regulations.

This position has additional screening requirements due to the information accessed while performing the job. These additional screenings would be initiated at the time of offer acceptance and can take up to a couple of months to be completed. You can begin work before the screening is completed; however, continued employment is contingent on acceptable screening results. The areas screened may include education/employment verification, criminal history, credit history, and reference checks.
