Position Summary The Janitor will have janitorial duties as well as operation and special events responsibilities. Working with the Maintenance Technician, the janitor will ensure that the program is a clean and safe environment for residents and staff. Essential Functions Janitorial:

High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Minimum 1 years' experience in housekeeping and/or ground maintenance. High School education or equivalent. Knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals as complying with Cal/OSHA regulations. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. (required)
