Summary: The role of a Lead Account Executive at Syssero is to manage, add-to, and close a pipeline of Workday service opportunities within a defined territory. Syssero has a range of service offerings applicable to a wide variety of Workday client needs pre/during/post go-live. This is a lead/senior individual contributor position. Responsible for the development, growth, negotiation and activation of new client work. These clients may be interested in Syssero, Inc. for permanent placement opportunities, short-term consulting contracts, or long-term support engagements (AMS or LEAP). Acting as the front face of the Syssero Inc. you are expected to represent the ethics and standards of our organization. The greatest emphasis of your engagement will be around developing communication pathways with new clients, advancing the relationship toward a particular Syssero service offering, then converting the business opportunity to engagement. This position is remote, with occasional travel for company wide events, conventions, etc. The ideal candidate is approachable, authentic, kind, organized and eager to learn more about the Workday ecosystem. Great communication skills, discerning intelligence, ability to adapt to new/challenging situations, along with a genuine passion for helping people is required. What you’ll do: Through a combination of email, phone calls, social selling and even face-to-face events, the Lead Account Executive role drives a valuable pipeline by identifying interested and qualified potential Syssero customers. Outside of regular department activities, you may be pulled into mini-projects related to various Syssero Inc business needs in alignment with your passions, strengths, growth opportunities, and overall needs of the company. The employee will demonstrate an overall average rating of 3 or higher in interpersonal skills defined below. The Lead Account Executive will connect with their management team to develop Quarterly Rocks (personal and department goals) that will help develop their professional skills and further their career. Successful and timely completion of Personal and Departmental Rocks may impact merit bonuses, eligibility for promotion, and more. Regular travel consists of at minimum two, in-person, all staff events, one of which is required to attend in person. The location of these will vary depending on agenda, number of staff, and the ultimate goal of the event. Travel will be overnight for multiple nights. In addition, there may be client-related travel or other Syssero related travel as needed. All arrangements are company paid.
