Make your mark. Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), affiliate entity of Plante & Moran, PLLC (PM) provides fully integrated Program Management/Owners Representation and Real Estate Services exclusively to corporations and institutional organizations. PMR Vice President will work with clients in various capacities, including development advisory, highest and best use analysis, real estate portfolio strategy, investment strategy and analysis, asset positioning, asset management, financial analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence & entitlements, and project feasibility.

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Participating and contributing to Consulting/Real Estate Advisory Services engagements by communicating effectively with developers, brokers, lenders, and other third-party service providers to identify and/or resolve issues.
  • Work with clients on real estate portfolio strategy, investment strategy and analysis, asset positioning, asset management, benchmarking, programming, financial analysis, project budgeting, acquisitions, dispositions, development advisory, due diligence & entitlements, project feasibility, and negotiation
  • Takes responsibility for growing firm profits by identifying new opportunities and increasing the profitability of ongoing work in individual business area.
  • Assist clients with real estate strategy and economic development project work, to include planning and research, data collection, marketing and financial impact analysis.
  • Coordinate with State and Local economic development organizations, housing authorities, and municipal agencies on incentive and public financing applications.
  • Collaborate with both internal team members and outside consultants on various project considerations including schedule, program, design, construction, and financing.
  • Manage and execute complex project financings that may include senior and mezzanine debt structures, tax credit equity resources (e.g. LIHTC, FHTC, NMTC), as well as various grant financing programs
  • Client management, to include overall project coordination, developing project schedules, maintaining project traction, and ensuring successful project completion.
  • Participate in client meeting and site visits while interacting with top-level management to acquire and assess important information for financial analysis.

The qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Development, Finance or related field is required
  • Minimum 10 years business or real estate investment, development, or consulting experience
  • Experience with affordable housing programs, economic development incentives, and complex real estate development financing structures
  • Experience with complex financial modeling and advanced excel-based formulas
  • ARGUS experience preferred
  • Prior responsibility for sales, business development and account development, client retention

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows:

$7,083.00 to $10,833.33
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
