Salesforce Functional Leader

I. Position Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):

The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting in gathering requirements, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs.

Duties may include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and Salesforce functionality.
  • Gather, refine and drive requirements
  • Building business stakeholder relationship
  • Uncovering needs through flow diagrams
  • Facilitate requirements working sessions
  • Relaying and clarifying requirements for the development and testing teams
  • Prepare and/or review test cases
  • Provide Training for pre and post deployment.
  • Maintain a healthy refined backlog
  • Participate in Agile Ceremonies

II. Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certified as Salesforce Administrator

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or Business Analyst

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Sales and Service processes in Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding and Agile mindset
