Job Description: The Town of Erie Planning & Development Department has a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, part-time job to gain skills in an office setting. The Permitting Administrative Intern will be an important member of the Building Division supporting the administrative needs for permitting and customer service. This position is intended for someone who is exceptionally organized, has great communication skills, and is excited to help a busy team! The person in this role will learn the ins and outs of how a building goes from plans to full construction by helping to process applications, referring questions to the correct expert staff member, recording building permits, and more. Work Hours: Management is flexible to accommodate a work schedule within normal business hours.
