Job Description: Prepare PCB panels for solder mask application (cleaning, inspection) Apply solder mask coatings to printed circuit boards (PCBs) using automated equipment. Perform visual inspections of PCBs before and after the solder mask process to ensure quality. Maintain and troubleshoot solder mask equipment as needed. Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Document and report any issues or defects to the Production Manager. Technical Duties The duties of the Screening Technician include but are not limited to: * Ink jet legend printing. * Preparing/ cleaning panels for solder mask * Screening of solder mask * Mixing ink for solder mask * Developing solder mask panels * Tack dry and curing. * Via hole filling (conductive and non-conductive) and pre-cleaning * Sanding via filled holes. * Special applications.
