Gerber Machine Operator

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a skilled Gerber Machine Operator to join a local apparel company that prioritizes hard work, respect, and innovation. Take the next step in your career with us!

Pay Rate: $13 per hour

Hours: 7:00 am - 4:15 pm, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Pull fabric for orders and inspect for defects.
• Ensure the accuracy of information on tickets and analyze production plans.
• Recut pieces as necessary and compile cutting documentation.
• Operate straight knives, hand cutters, and automatic cutters.
• Recognize and manage fabric defects.
• Adhere to Quality and Safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior production experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read a tape measure and operate manual hand cutters.
