Duties: The Tool and Die Maker will be responsible for designing, creating, and repairing various instruments, dies, jigs, and fixtures. The position's daily duties involve reading and interpreting blueprints and other technical manuals to determine specifications and tolerances, using various measuring devices to verify dimensions, performing maintenance and repair work on existing tools and dies, and operating manual milling machines, surface grinders, and manual lathes.
