We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to join our Marketing Communications team. As a Marketing Intern, the selected candidate will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting the exciting work happening at Canopy Biosciences. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in crafting strategic communications, implementing marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to drive lead conversion. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and flexible with a willingness to jump in and help where needed.

*This is a paid internship.



Responsibilities

    Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, a related field, or the life sciences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a rapidly growing and innovative company
