We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support various marketing initiatives for our Gulf Coast offices by executing marketing and communications activities which support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive growth and enhance our brand image.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and internal resources to implement strategic initiatives.

  • Assist in the execution and tracking of events hosted or sponsored by the firm (webinars, in-person and virtual summits, continuing education seminars, networking receptions, and sponsorships)

  • Coordinating items being shipped out for events; coordinate or provide training on sponsorship booth setup and breakdown.

  • Coordinating items returned from events (counting collateral, giveaways, other marketing display materials)

  • Maintains department promotional items and supplies inventory and ordering as needed for events, HR initiatives, and office locations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing leaders (geo, industry and service) to plan and promote hosted events.

  • Assist with drafting event descriptions, communications, and agendas as needed.

  • Assess an event's overall success and submit findings.

  • Assists with presentation, and communication projects Update marketing collateral, brochures, and presentations.

  • Work with the various functional team to coordinate marketing efforts across all marketing channels (content, advertising, social media, email, website, etc.

  • Maintains contact lists and other marketing databases.

  • Provide content for social media postings that will enhance the brand.

  • Research industry-specific opportunities in the region.

  • Provide support for Marketing department administrative activities Niche practice group and growth campaigns and strategic marketing efforts.

  • Participates in content creation according to the Firm's brand standards and works collaboratively with Marketing to manage events pages on the website, podcast coordination, social media accounts, and other internal and external communications, which includes press releases, award nominations, email marketing, case studies, and testimonials.

  • Completes special projects, including conducting research & analysis, crafting and editing presentations, creating, and distributing reports, and presenting process recommendations for consideration.

  • Documents procedures performed, findings or other issues, draft/compile reports and correspondence.

  • Facilitates invoice processing for marketing expenditures.

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and trainings, as needed.

  • Communicates with supervisor any obstacles or items of concern.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related filed required.

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience is required.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior experience in financial or professional services is a plus.
