The Atlas Foundational Services Engineering team is a cross-functional team focused on both platform services and product development. The team is primarily based in Seattle with members and cross-team partners from Seattle to Dublin. This team owns the foundational platform capabilities of MongoDB Cloud Service products that includes critical backend services, auditing, and customer alerting. Our services and platform ensure feature teams can build together a secure, modern, consumption-based SaaS that is delightful to customers. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will partner with key Engineering, Product, and Product Design stakeholders to deliver critical services and features that will allow our MongoDB Cloud Products to scale. As the Atlas Foundational Services team continues to grow, you will be able to use existing JIRA, Google Docs, and automation tooling to help the team mobilize and scale its team operations. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package.
