We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will offer various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity, structured to enable the Intern to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform at a professional level.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Undertakes and/or participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization.
  • Participates in the planning and implementation of department projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
  • Interacts directly with colleagues and/or internal and external customers in the planning of assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
  • Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
  • Conducts research, and prepares reports based on findings, to include recommendations or alternative proposals for action if necessary.
  • Participates in internal/external meetings, trainings and/or seminars as requested.
  • Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School or
  • GED required
  • Pursuing or have obtained a degree from a 2 or 4 year college required
  • 3.0 GPA or higher preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing required
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed technical instructions required
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment required
  • Effective problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills required
  • High attention to detail required
  • Ability to organize multiple projects and meet deadlines required

The targeted salary for this role is:

$15.23 - $20.13

You may also be offered incentive compensation, and benefits. Benefits may include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Health Savings Account, Paid Time Off.
