Job Summary:

The Director - Table Games will be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of administration and daily operations of all Table games operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere.
* Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations.
* Exercise direct operational control over all table games operations and Poker room operations including establishment and implementation of policies and procedures, in accordance with management's directives, casino policies and Illinois Gaming Board Adopted Rules. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures described in this System of Internal Controls.
* Determine staffing levels for the Table Games Department.
* Review table games statistics and hold percentages.
* Supervises Table Games Personnel in accordance with the Organizational Chart on C-1.1. When acting in the capacity of a lower level the Director of Table Games cannot verify their own work.
* Ordering of Chips, Cards and Dice.
* Approve EGD jackpot payouts greater than $5000.
* Training Table Games Personnel (Dealers).
* Authorizing and supervising Table Game Fills and Credits and Caribbean Stud Progressive Payouts.
* Conducting table opening/closing procedures.
* Controlling cards and dice in the pit area.
* Promote patron service and resolve patron disputes.
* Evaluates patron's play.
* Complete and review application of federal cash reporting requirements.
* Initiate the issuance of Markers.
* Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Bally's Chicago Operating Co., LLC System of Internal Controls.
* Assures the technical proficiency of all table games employees through development and effective training, provides direction, guidance and supervision to all employees in the games department creating an atmosphere which is conductive to a quality work life for the employee.
* Responsible for building a rapport and coordinating daily functions with support service departments.
* Resolving patron disputes.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
* Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations
* Two to three years of casino management required
* Requires above-average math skills
* Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment
* Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required
* Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:

* Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
* Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead

Work Environment:

The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
