As a Resident Service Coordinator, you will:


  • Build relationships with various community agencies to provide services to our residents.
  • Research and study available community resources and their eligibility requirements.
  • Develop programs and services based on resident and team member surveys.
  • Engage with residents, inform them of available services, application procedures, training opportunities or events within the community.
  • Create a community calendar of programs and events.
  • Host the community food bank, including, picking up food from various agencies.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality while following all Fair Housing and LLT laws.


Resident Services Coordinator Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
  • Two years of similar experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and create projects or programs autonomously.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with residents, property managers, and community agency employees.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
