Physician Assistant Breast Care Clinic Breast Plastic Surgery Full Time 77797BR Job Summary This Physician Assistant (PA) position will provide support to the Breast Care Clinic as an educator, advocate and care provider and is responsible for the care, treatment, and well-being of patients followed in the Breast Care Clinic. Specific job duties will be reviewed annually based on volume and practice needs. The PA in the Breast Care Clinic provides job functions with a focus on benign and malignant breast disease requiring surgical reconstruction, as well as other non-breast related diseases requiring plastic surgery. The NP will work closely with the Cancer Center Medical and Surgical Oncology practices, including satellite clinics, to provide comprehensive patient care. The APP will participate in projects, programs and other activities to support clinical practice and practice operations. Preferred Qualifications
License/Certification UCSF Medical Center and Campus requires certain healthcare providers to be credentialed. In most cases this is done through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to the first working day. Credentialing and approval of the Standardized Procedures takes between 60-90 days but can vary.
