POSITION SUMMARIES

Custodian:Provides cleaning, bed linen change out, floor care, moving, grounds and project services as directed by supervisor. May also perform specific interior and exterior Medical Housekeeping cleaning duties to maintain a clean and aseptic environment throughout the hospital/clinics. The Custodian may be assigned to any one of several positions to include: patient area cleaner, non-patient area cleaner, trash technician, special care unit cleaner, and/or others.

Requirements: N/A

Pay:$20.00- $27.00/hr

Cook: Prepare and cook food for hospital patients, hospital employees, and visitors. Prepare food according to recipes, menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served. Comply with and maintain records of food use and expenditures.

Requirements:Less than 1 year experience

Pay: $20.57 - $27.83/hr

Room Service Attendant: Responsible for preparation, assembly, and delivery of patient meal trays, guest trays and snacks to the bedside. Assist with meal tray set up and soiled tray removal from patient rooms and designated soiled utility closets. General cleaning and stocking.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00/hr

Retail Attendant: Assist with making meal selections, ordering and selling appropriate add-on items. Work various retail food stations. Responsible for set-up, service and clean-up of meals served during shift. Interact and communicate with all customers, visitors, and employees in a friendly and respectful manner.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00/hr

Enrollment Specialist: (on-site mostly; limited fully remote roles available) Determines medical assistance eligibility for patients/clients in hospital outpatient/inpatient, and emergency settings, as well as face-to-face and in a call center environment. Enrollment Specialists assist patients/clients with submitting/processing documentation to complete applications and forms for various medical assistance programs. Collaborate directly with both internal and external partners such as State entities, other departments, and community organizations. Complete accurate data entry into Federal, State and internal
systems.
Requirements: High School Education or GED. 1-3 years related work experience.

Pay: $23.85 - $32.26/hr

Medical Assistant: Assists provider including all back-office duties. Provides nursing support with various functions such as invasive procedures, medication administration, performing appointment and registration scheduling functions.

Requirements: Completion of a medical assistant certificate or nursing education program that satisfies the licensing requirements of the Colorado State Board of Nursing for Licensed Practical Nurse. Current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification (prior to first day of work).

Pay: $21.82- $29.53/hr

Patient Access Specialist: Responsible for the collection of comprehensive demographic and insurance information required for facilitating timely and accurate billing patients in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment including the Emergency Department, Specialty Clinics and ACS Clinics.

Certified Nursing Assistant: Assists professional nursing and care providers in providing care to all patients with respect for their uniqueness. Collaborate with the RN and healthcare team. Assist with basic patient care and activities of daily living. Maintain unit specific documentation as required. Order, maintain and utilize supplies for the assigned unit.

Requirements: Certified Nurse Aide (Required). Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from American Heart Association (Required).

Pay: $20.00- $27.00/hr

Nursing New Graduate: Apply critical thinking, evidence-based policies, procedures, guidelines and competence to collaborate with the health care team to promote excellence in patient safety and quality outcomes.

Requirements: Registered Nurse ASN (Required) BLS for Healthcare Providers (prior to first day of work).

Pay: $34.00/hr

Nursing Apprentice I: The Nursing Apprentice, under the direct supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities. The Nursing Apprentice role allows nursing students an opportunity to enhance clinical skills in a hospital environment while still enrolled in an ADN or BSN program. The Nursing Apprentice I, adheres to the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards of professional nursing and performance, and the ANA Code of Ethics (2015) to provide care to all patients.

Requirements: Must have successfully completed Med/Surg 1 at time of application with the ability to provide transcript with grade. Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from American Heart Association

Pay: $18.70-$25.34-/hr

Nursing Apprentice II: Nursing Apprentice II role provides an opportunity for students that have graduated from a nursing program to enhance clinical skills in a hospital environment when applying for licensure/registration to the Nursing Regulatory Body to take the NCLEX Examination. The Nursing Apprentice II adheres to the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards of professional nursing and performance, and the ANA Code of Ethics (2015) to provide care to all patients.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Must be within 6 months of passing the NCLEX exam Required-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association

Pay: $26.20/hr

Register Nurse: Under general supervision, adhere to the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards of professional nursing and performance, and the ANA Code of Ethics to provide care to all healthcare consumers. Apply critical thinking, evidence-based practices and competence to collaborate with the health care team to promote excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes.

Requirements: Registered Nurse ASN (Required) BLS for Healthcare Providers

Pay: $34.00 - $55.53 / hr

Call Center Scheduler: Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining records. Responsible for computerized patient scheduling, collection of comprehensive demographic and insurance information required to facilitate timely and accurate billing of services, obtainment of pre-certification authorization and benefit information necessary for payment.Remote Opportunities available.

Requirements: High School Education or GED.

Pay: $21.82- $29.53/hr

Pharmacy Technician: Perform technical tasks within the pharmacy department. Based on area of assignment, responsibilities may include medication preparation, compounding, dispensing, inventory control, unit dose prepackaging, and basic computer system operations.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED.

Pay: $22.48-30.41/hr

Pharmacy Technician Student: Under direct supervision of a pharmacist or certified pharmacy technician, perform pharmacy-related functions to provide optimal pharmaceutical care. Prepare medications, maintains pharmacy inventory, and restock as necessary.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED.

Pay: $20.00/hr

All job applicants for safety-sensitive positions must pass a pre-employment drug test, once a conditional offer of employment has been made. Occupational Health will be at the hiring event to conduct testing on-site upon offer.
