Responsible for the preparation, process, and disbursement of weekly, bi-weekly & semi-monthly payrolls using multiple payroll platforms (Paylocity experience is preferred). Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
o Departmental codes o Benefit Enrollments o Report creation/Reporting o Updating validation tables o Deduction Codes o Earning Codes o Job titles o Reports to
o Inputting of new hires o Qualifying Events / enrollment changes o Employee status changes o Rate changes o Deductions (new and any changes that may occur) o Hours and earnings changes for a pay period o Garnishments o Input Local taxes changes o Direct deposits o Terminations
Qualifications 2-4 years of multi-corporation, multi-state payroll OR equivalent experience in the areas of customer service, payroll, human resources, benefits administration, financial institution, application support or other relevant work experience A flexible schedule is ideal, payroll processing days can be outside of the typical workday. Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook, Word, and Excel. Professional written and verbal communication skills Be a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. Must possess critical thinking skills and enjoy problem solving. Strong organization skills and attention to detail A comfort level with change, the ability to adapt to change and the ability to recover quickly from adversity.
