Purpose

Reporting to the HR Manager. An active member of the Human Resources team, coordinating and providing timely and efficient HR support to the HR function and the business in terms of execution and administration of key HR policies and processes according to business needs, corporate guidelines and local policies.

Core Responsibilities

HR Management Coordination

* Coordinate HR activities in (a) particular domain(s) (talent acquisition/recruitment for junior level positions and onboarding,).

* Act as a point of reference and provide advice on own domains of activity.

* Lead small projects in own domain of activity or act as project team member in cross functional projects.

* Develop and implement solutions based on sound understanding of business context and company policies, processes and practices.

HR Administration Support

* Process purchase orders/invoices

* Provide support to the HR function, management and employees, supporting day to day HR admin activities and support on ad hoc projects.

* With guidance, provide advice based on sound understanding of organisation's policies, processes and practices.

Recruiting

* Full cylce recruitment including including building and maintaining university relations for entry level.

Employee Relations

* Serve as a first contact point for employees, managers and external contacts to provide information, follow-up and/or proactively refer people to appropriate resource.

* With guidance, inform and advise managers and employees about relevant legislation, employee relations policies and practices.

Processes and Data

* Serve as data analytic point of contact for HR team; execute routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis and audit support using HR systems

* Effectively maintain employee information that meets the organisation's legal obligations

You?

* Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field desirable.

* Further education in Human Resources or related field desirable

* 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources function, including recruitment/talent acquisition

* Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with all levels in the organization

* Computer literacy, advance Excel and PowerPoint skills & knowledge of SuccessFactors desirable* Ability to manage, protect and maintain confidential information

* Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws

* Strong attention to detail required

* Must be able to multitask and change courses quickly without compromising accuracy

* Strong organization and prioritization skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
