Job Description

ENSCO has an opportunity available at our corporate office for a dynamic individual to provide comprehensive organizational collaboration for day-to-day business operations in support of our Procurement functions. Interns in this role must be able to handle, protect and maintain the confidentiality of information, and have outstanding organizational abilities with great attention to detail, as well as a strong desire, willingness, and ability to learn new tasks will foster a successful internship.

Qualifications Required (Skills)


  • A rising Sophomore, rising Junior, or rising Senior currently enrolled as a college undergraduate working toward a Bachelor's degree
  • Provide administrative support as needed (this could include filing, copying, mailings, etc.)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work under pressure, show initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines
  • Be highly organized and have good planning skills
  • Possess strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Able to complete research and special projects as assigned

Division Description

The Contracts and Procurement Division manages all aspects of the company's contracts, proposal preparation/submission efforts, and procurement of supplies and services. The Division negotiates, awards, and administers contracts and subcontracts, including responding to and pricing proposals, monitoring contract/subcontractor performance, and managing change orders. The Division is also responsible for establishing and implementing Government Property Management, Export Control, and Procurement Policies and Procedures. The Division is also responsible for establishing and administering Company's Corporate and Contractual Insurance policies.
