REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

General Purpose of the Job:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing strategic and operational initiatives within DaVita Patient Education Innovation lane. This position will work on high priority initiatives by collaborating with a cross-functional team of business leaders within DaVita Revenue Operations and DaVita more broadly. This position plays a key role as a thought partner, internal consultant, and project executor, evolving innovative models to better support teammates in their role providing critical education to ESRD patients and CKD community members.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages and drives strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams of operational, and senior business leadership
  • Develops and communicates project scope, timeline, plan, and resource requirements
  • Creates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions to further clinical and business outcomes
  • Successfully manages relationships with leaders and teammates at all levels, and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Communicates project status updates and needs to senior leadership; prepares, reports, and manages against targets/goals including scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue
  • Supports leadership in managing goal tracking, scorecards, project portfolio management, business reviews, and supporting projects
  • Draws upon continuous improvement tools to structure and incubate improvement opportunities

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of project management experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience as a manager of people preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payers, physician networks, preventive care models, and/or integrated care models preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$62,200.00-$91,300.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
