As a Senior Applications Administrator (Gainsight), you will be responsible for the system implementation, administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Gainsight CS and Gainsight PX platforms.

You will:



  • Exhibits advanced experience with the Gainsight CS and PX platforms, using in-depth professional knowledge, acumen, and creativity to resolve complex problems, aligned with company and Customer Success department objectives.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define system setup accordingly.
  • Customizes and configures the platforms to align with customer success and product analytic objectives and business strategy.
  • Understands the interrelationships of different disciplines across Customer Success operations.
  • Continuously explores opportunities to develop new methods, processes, systems, and tools to enhance Gainsight CS and Gainsight PX implementation to further support business needs.
  • Networks with key stakeholders across departments, which may be outside area of expertise. Adapts style and exercises judgment and adaptability in solving complex problems that are consisted with Customer Success department objectives.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date data within the Gainsight Platforms
  • Analyzes user and product data to identify trends, usage patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Partners with Customer Success leadership to maintain customer health scores, usage metrics and other relevant data points.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track customer success metrics.
  • Designs, implements, and streamlines customer success processes within the Gainsight PX and Gainsight CS platforms.
  • Optimizes workflows and automate routine tasks to increase operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluates and improve system functionality to support evolving business needs.
  • Train end-users on Gainsight PX and Gainsight CS platforms, demonstrating best practices and effective utilization.
  • Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting to address user queries and issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on system features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Actively engage with Gainsight to stay updated on new releases, enhancements, and features
  • Provide feedback to Gainsight on product improvements and suggest enhancements based on MCG user requirements and industry trends.
  • Actively participate in the Gainsight community, new feature betas, and user groups, sharing insights and experiences to contribute to the improvement of the platform and MCG user experience.


What We're Looking For:



  • Proven experience as a Gainsight CS and Gainsight PX Administrator
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Understanding of html, CSS, and JavaScript coding languages
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platform.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data from multiple sources and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficiency in database maintenance, diagnostics, and data cleansing methods
  • Self-starter, capable of and motivated to perform tasks without continuous supervision.
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills required.
  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients
  • Salesforce CRM administration and integration experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications.


Pay Range: $92,800 - $130,100

Other compensation: Bonus Eligible/Commission Eligible
