What You'll Do IMA's Private Equity and M&A Practice provides buyers and targets with a range of insurance, benefits and retirement products and services designed to assist them throughout the life-cycle of the M&A transaction. For M&A activity, IMA's in-house Transactional Liability Practice, Project Managers and Due Diligence Specialists bring depth and experience to address financial uncertainty and improve deal outcomes. For PE firms, IMA offers portfolio-wide solutions including insurance portfolio programs, claim advocacy, risk control, ESG considerations, and a client-facing platform that provides instant access to insurance data, monitoring and tracking. IMA's full-service brokerage model helps buyers maximize enterprise value while ensuring portfolio companies have adequate levels of support and protection throughout the investment lifecycle. This position is open to location, but it is preferred to be located out of an IMA office. In this role you will have responsibility for building out the Property & Casualty side of the Private Equity and M&A Practice including its growth, thought leadership, innovation, strategy and implementation of the Property & Casualty book. This role is eligible for the following:

In addition to our robust benefits package, the hiring range for this position is $143,000.00 - $216,000.00. While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
