Artificial Intelligence Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an AI Solutions Analyst with a blend of broad-based IT competencies and a solid understanding of AI and ML principles. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates the power of AI technologies and is adept at applying AI and ML solutions within business contexts, including selecting, configuring, and potentially training ML models for specific business needs. While the creation of highly complex models such as LLMs is beyond our scope, the ability to understand and leverage existing AI models and tools to enhance business operations is crucial.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Leverage existing AI and ML solutions, including Salesforce Einstein and Azure's AI technologies, among others, to address business challenges.

* Understand the fundamentals of AI and ML models to evaluate their applicability and potential impact on business processes, including the ability to train models for specific use cases when necessary.

* Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for AI integration that drives innovation and efficiency.

* Stay informed on the latest AI technologies and trends, with a focus on practical applications and benefits to the business.

* Simplify complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

* Manage the end-to-end process of integrating AI solutions, from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and review.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in AI principles.

* Demonstrable understanding of AI and ML models, including their development, deployment, and maintenance, with a realistic perspective on what can be achieved in-house versus leveraging external platforms.

* Experience with AI platforms and technologies, particularly those offered by Salesforce and Azure, and an ability to utilize these tools in creating or enhancing business solutions.

* Proficient in data visualization and possess foundational programming skills for model training and automation tasks.

* Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across diverse teams.

QUALIFICATIONS - PREFERRED

* Practical experience in training and deploying ML models tailored to specific business needs.

* A proactive approach to technology, with a continuous learning mindset and a drive to stay ahead of AI trends and applications.

* Strong project management capabilities, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of AI projects.
