Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

  • We are looking for an experienced auto collision estimator that can serve as a subject matter expert in our smart solutions team.
  • This ideal candidate should be able to work with Mitchell product management, engineers and data scientist in a consultative and collaborative way to build machine learning services and products that enable claims automation.
  • The candidate should be visionary and must be able to embrace cutting edge technology to provide solutions to the auto collision industry.


Qualifications

  • Four year college degree and 3 - 5 years collision estimating experience preferred.
  • Advanced organization and planning recognition skills required.
  • Experience writing estimates as an insurance field appraiser.
  • Candidate should have working knowledge of estimating systems.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills required.
  • This position is office based.
  • Candidate familiarity with estimatics data or business intelligence is a plus.
  • Prior business analysis is a plus.
  • Candidate must be able to work with product management, engineers and data scientist.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $47,465 - $70,000 annually and will be based on a number ofadditional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
