Onsite Printer Technician

The Onsite printer technician will perform various Printer Support Services at various clinics and offices in their territory (San Francisco Metro). The onsite printer technician would be responsible for IMACD Services (Install, Move, Add, Change, or Decommission), system updates, e-mail updates and correspondence, ordering toner supplies and toner replacements. This technician would start the day by checking tickets and locations of needed assistance, ordering the supplies needed, and planning out which locations to visit that day. This technician should be prepared to visit 1-2 locations per day. While they will need their own transportation and cell phone, mileage, phone, and parking are expensed.

Location: Onsite in San Francisco Metro

Type: w2 contract, 40 hours a week, M-F business hours

Requirements:-

GREAT customer service skills more than anything else



  • 2+ years of experience overall in IT
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, experience working face to face with customers
  • Great troubleshooting mindset
  • Reliable transportation and cell phone

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
