Child Care Teacher

Monday - Friday (7:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.)

HS Diploma and 2 years of child care experience. CDA or Associates/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Elementary Education preferred.

All relevant clearances required (State Police, Child Abuse, Federal Criminal History, National Sex Offender Registry).

To interact frequently, respectfully, and appropriately with assigned children and to be available and responsive to their needs.

To maintain a safe, healthy, and organized classroom environment.

To maintain confidentiality with regard to children, families and other staff.

To implement curriculum as directed and to create a supportive environment/schedule that facilitates this and demonstrates knowledge of child development, across stages and ages and despite varying sensory, cognitive and physical abilities.
