Essential Functions 25% - Develop and implement paid digital marketing strategies that promote our District and college brands, support lead generation efforts, and align with our branding guidelines and creative standards. This involves devising comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the college's objectives, identifying key messaging, and overseeing the execution of these strategies. 25% - Oversee and manage the creation of new graphic designs and creative services that support internal and external marketing and communication efforts. This will involve providing leadership and innovative ideas in graphic design, animation, and video production, as well as basic project management, to ensure that project objectives are completed in a timely manner. 20% - Work collaboratively with our marketing technology team to further develop and refine marketing technology tools. This includes marketing automation, data reporting and analytics, website videos and content, and other creative needs relating to these areas. 15% - Work collaboratively with colleagues, including college marketing teams, faculty, staff, and administrators, to gather information and create compelling marketing materials. This involves working closely with key stakeholders to gather content, testimonials, and relevant information for marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and other marketing content. 10% - Supervise marketing staff, providing guidance and support as needed. This involves overseeing the work of marketing team members, giving feedback, delegating tasks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. 5% - Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to marketing initiatives. This responsibility includes developing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in public relations, marketing, journalism multimedia/graphic design, management or related field and five (5) years of experience in oversight and administration of public relations and marketing functions, campaigns, and programs that include implementing plans, strategies, and objectives and two years of supervisory experience. OR Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in public relations, marketing, journalism multimedia/graphic design, management or related field and seven (7) years of experience in oversight and administration of public relations and marketing functions, campaigns, and programs that include implementing plans, strategies, and objectives and two years of supervisory experience. OR High school diploma and nine (9) years of experience in oversight and administration of public relations and marketing functions, campaigns, and programs that include implementing plans, strategies, and objectives and two years of supervisory experience. Desired Qualifications A. Experience in managing paid digital advertising on a variety of platforms, including paid social media, Google Ads, and others. B. Supervision experience leading a marketing team and overseeing the development and execution of the marketing strategy including working with external contractors. C. Experience with analyzing marketing data and analytics, social media data, and digital advertising analytics to enhance paid marketing efforts. D. Experience with multiple marketing technology tools, including CRMs, that leverage data in decision-making. E. Supervisory experience in a higher education setting. F. Experience in project management in a marketing setting. G. Master's Degree in a related field. Special Working Conditions Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
