We hire the best employees to serve our customers, making us a leader in the insurance and financial services industry. Our office is located in downtown Dallas. Our employees are considered hybrid employees - spending some time working in the office and some time working remotely. Once onboarded and trained, you will manage a caseload independently and proactively move files from inception to resolution in an insurance defense environment. You are resourceful and have a strong work ethic with the ability to independently manage cases from answer to trial while providing superior customer service.
