As part of our strategic HR transformation to support institutional growth, we are building a People Strategy team that will serve as trusted advisors to leaders and managers on people-related strategies and best practices to help them achieve their strategic and business goals.

Reporting to the Manager, People Strategy, in an assigned client group, this role is responsible for meeting the data and analytical needs of the team, preparing a wide variety of analyses, reports, presentations, and other materials to inform people strategies, and to support discussions with business leaders and managers. The People Strategy Analyst will serve as a liaison between People Strategy Consultants and other HR department Centers of Expertise (CoE) to deliver coordinated HR services to internal clients, and as a point of escalation for employee requests for service or information triaged and referred by the DFCI HR Service Center (HRSC).

This role is responsible for efficiently and effectively responding to a variety of requests from members of the People Strategy team and at times, other HR teams. This opportunity will provide broad experience and exposure to human resources strategy, operations, and analytics.

Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a leader in life changing breakthroughs in cancer research and patient care.
